You would definitely learn a lot in the process but be ready to loose your self respect working in the organisation. Please note that in AMS hard work is not given importance, its your level of buttering the senior officials and your political brain that shall come to your rescue in times of need. At the end, its very important to justify my saying with proof right. Thus, to all the future candidates request you to kindly ask the director to provide you with the terms and conditions that you are required to sign in before commencing the work on the date of joining. Pls ensure that you ask for it before the date of joining and do not leave the previous organisation without going through the terms and conditions of AMS.
