      Pros

      NOTE: This was a for a co-op work experience for college. The group I worked with was very willing to give me as much responsibility as I desired. The work I was given right off the bat was fun and exciting. The other employees were personable and extremely helpful with any questions I had. Definitely a group of caring, hard working, knowledgeable individuals.

      Cons

      The management structure was frustrating in that my local manager and my boss did not communicate my abilities and accomplishments well enough to get me the compensation I deserved. I was supposed to get a pay increase every semester I worked but I did not get one in my entire time at the position.

      Pros

      Great federal employee benefits and pay. Multiplied opportunities for advancement.

      Cons

      Hard to change career paths or areas of specialty if you work in the same area for years. So the only option for change becomes to move up into a manager or supervisor position.
