Pros
good people, great experience. High call volume really gets you familiar with a variety of calls. I like being able to care for people and do the job I trained for.
Cons
must be willing to work 24x7, 365 days a year... if people call off shifts, it's difficult to find replacement staff leading to a larger work load for others.
