Pros
The benefits were good, however, medical benefits are chosen by the employer, not set by the insurance company as one is led to believe, for example, original issue covered, therapy afterwords is still paid the same per visit co-pay as a specialist! So, if you need therapy 4 times a week, that would be $40x4=$160.
Cons
Unless you have an in with anyone at any level of management, you get no advancement advice, no respect for your efforts, and no encouragement. Productivity for the numbers is the best qualification in keeping your job. I know that the best advice I ever got was from my one and only supervisor of 6 years, "don't ever trust anyone here!"! She further told me that just because someone in management seems like a friend, they are not. My personal advice to anyone applying for work is, nothing is said in confidence.....since those in upper positions gossip too!
