911 service with plenty of OT (most of the time) Unionized

Cons

Take away incentives constantly Constantly nit-picking what parking lots crews post in (even if it's in the area) Management claims they are trying to help us, but continue to not change things

Career growth opportunities, supportive coworkers, opportunities to learn and develop, ability to advance if you stay engaged and work hard

Cons

Healthcare/EMS can be demanding, long hours at times, stressful days, and workload can be heavy depending on staffing and operations. These things aren’t specific to AMR, that’s our industry in general.
