      -Lots of personal growth opportunity to succeed and grow with the company. -Casual Fridays every week leaving after 2ish -Every month each employee gets a personal pleasure day that is not tied to vacation or PTO. -Best product in the marketplace and rapid growth and extremely happy customers and users to prove it. -Clients are happy = we are happy. -Great office space downtown Seattle

      Cons

      -Depending on the type of role there is travel a few times a year to Mississippi and High Point, North Carolina.

      Pros

      Strong leadership from CEO. I feel like I can make an impact everyday. It is nice to have a voice and to be able to easily communicate with every team member. The team is extremely intelligent and awesome at what they do. Our office culture is fast paced, energetic and fun. Getting involved with AMP is one of the best decisions I have made.

      Cons

      It is a start up company, there are some financial sacrifices you have to make. But the potential success of the company will easily make up for that.

      Petulant manchild of an owner/boss. Like working for a bipolar 4 year old on a power trip.
