- Toxic work environment and company culture (morale is very low, 2 executives have exposed for sexual misconduct, not uncommon for staff members to shout during meetings, racist/rude/misogynistic behaviour is accepted, stressed and overworked colleagues get their frustration out at each other, clique-y work environment, entire teams dislike each other due to disagreements between leaders, nepotism is rife, leaking to the media is very common) - Unreasonable expectations of staff - Company has an extremely bad reputation (AMP is constantly in the media for sexual harassment perpetuated by executives, ripping off customers, former staff members suing the company for bullying, Royal commission etc.). - CEO is in the process of retrenching staff during the pandemic (the same CEO is getting paid millions each year) - AMP products are terrible (AMP Super rated the worst performing super fund) - If you care about your sanity and mental health AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!
