Hi there! It's good to hear you've been benefiting from our employee resource groups like the DE&I Team and Open-book Management Team. We work hard to make sure everyone feels welcome and included at AMP, and we're glad our commitment to D&I has shone through for you.
We heard your advice to management and took action! As we institute new processes and refine the structure of our growing teams, we have quarterly reviews and have been structuring out Performance Development and Performance Reviews. Now that we are growing our People Ops team we also are getting more support in order to add more guidelines, revamping our policies and handbook and even adding an internal website (intranet) to help with information, address concerns or conflict, and escalate issues if any arise.
- Working with certain co-workers who no longer work at AMP - Having the chance to work with a huge tech company
Cons
- Childish management and leadership - Toxic environment - They only have one client that makes up 95% of their revenue - Place people in roles with no experience and wonders why the company isn't doing great - Taking away benefits due to financial struggle - Blames everything on the current economic forecast even though other companies who offer the same are thriving right now - Fired people who did work and kept people who talked their way through things
