Forward thinking has reverted to backward old corporate world mentality. It is the upper leadership that has created the lowering morale, ridiculous system changes and policy changes with no regard for employees and the current COLA/inflation in today's world. People are now having to pay 1/2 or more of a paycheck for childcare. The annual 3-5% raise is worthless since we lost it to paying for gas. A large portion of employees live 25+ outside of the office radius. If you are within 50 miles you are now required to go in 2 days a week with no regard to personal situation. No research into individual productivity or metrics. The company made the ridiculous move to a fancy all-white/beige bougie office space and could have simply fit all Dallas, TX employees onto 1 floor.
