Great sales training. That's it! Everything else is horrible! Please know that the 5 stars you see for Merritt Hawkins are from current employees that are being told to write a 5 star review. Don't believe the reviews, they are made to lure you in. They are false 5 star reviews.

Please know that the 5 stars you see are from current employees that are being told to write a 5 star review. Don't believe the review, they are made to lure you in. They are false 5 star reviews. Management does not care about their employees. They lie to you, they treat you like a SLAVE (Honest Truth). They only give you 10 days of PTO which includes sick time. This is a total sweat shop. Your VP will treat you horrible, your SVP has no compassion for its employees and does not even say hello to you when he see's you walking by. If you are planning on asking for a raise, forget about it. They have an old compensation plan that really UNDERPAYS you. I have never worked so hard to make SO LITTLE income. I saw over 40 employees quit within 9 months that i was working there. Many of them were not there more than 5 business days. No career growth at all. You better wait until a VP dies because you move up. They are a health care company and they offer the worst health insurance, worst 401k, worst PTO ever, WORST benefits ever. They lie to you to make you work more, they lie to you to not pay you, they lie to you to forget about taking a family vacation, they life to you to keep you selling. Forget about work life balance. There is none. They FINE YOU for being late. I am talking about 3 minutes late.

My experience with AMN’s hiring and onboarding process has been truly best-in-class. Communication was clear and timely, expectations were well managed, and I felt respected throughout the entire process. What stood out most was the people-centered culture. The onboarding experience has been equally impressive: organized, welcoming, and intentional. I’m excited to be part of an organization that leads with both excellence and heart.
