Workers get thorough info before taking on a case. But we all know there’s never an end to content if we seek it.
Cons
If more info really necessary? Sometimes more is just more. Prevent clients from getting the help and intervention sooner. Questions asked often can be asked by assigned case worker. Delaying working with individuals or families just to keep your job is really disappointing.
