      Flexible schedule. Good if you have a part time outpatient practice and you want to supplement your income. Wide range of experience. Can work in multiple programs.

      Cons

      Depends on the department that you are working in. In general it's often faced paced. No guaranteed hours. Can be very stressful. If fewer patients come in than expected you may be sent home.

      Pros

      Nice small neighborhood hospital with many big hospital finds

      Cons

      When Amita health took them over, that's when it went down the tubes but now that this relationship is broken up, they are back on top especially having U of Chicago behind them
