      There are few meetings and I therefore have more time with my staff.

      I feel like I have no network or support. It's hard to keep the physicians happy because they are not supported by administration.

      Pros

      Nice small neighborhood hospital with many big hospital finds

      Cons

      When Amita health took them over, that's when it went down the tubes but now that this relationship is broken up, they are back on top especially having U of Chicago behind them
