      Pros

      Great coworkers. Really enjoy most of the doctors, nurses, and other providers I work with.

      Cons

      Administration is terrible. Policies are enacted by people who haven’t cared for a patient in years, if ever. Raises were insulting.

      Nice small neighborhood hospital with many big hospital finds

      Cons

      When Amita health took them over, that's when it went down the tubes but now that this relationship is broken up, they are back on top especially having U of Chicago behind them
