      Big patients flow, good benefits, always busy , have a chance hone your skills, clean, friendly

      Cons

      Compensation should be better, need to improve cafeteria with variety of dishes, need more supplies, need update computers

      Pros

      Nice small neighborhood hospital with many big hospital finds

      Cons

      When Amita health took them over, that's when it went down the tubes but now that this relationship is broken up, they are back on top especially having U of Chicago behind them
