      Pros

      You have an opportunity to work in an ER setting and gain great experience. You have great local benefits and there was always food available.

      Cons

      Management was not very supportive. It was not a Trauma hospital and it was very slow majority of the time; however, you were expected to "Make work".

      Pros

      Nice small neighborhood hospital with many big hospital finds

      Cons

      When Amita health took them over, that's when it went down the tubes but now that this relationship is broken up, they are back on top especially having U of Chicago behind them
