      Pros

      Shift differentials and bonuses. Coworkers are nice. Able to learn a lot and get some hands on experience. Self Scheduling and shift swapping available.

      Cons

      When it is busy and staff are overwhelmed, it's hard to get help when you need it. Some of management tend to lurk and look for reasons to call you into the office Patient staff ratios are often inadequate resulting in a stressful shift Some equipment is old and outdated Not many departments to choose from for growth.

      Pros

      Nice small neighborhood hospital with many big hospital finds

      Cons

      When Amita health took them over, that's when it went down the tubes but now that this relationship is broken up, they are back on top especially having U of Chicago behind them
