      Health insurance is pretty good...coworkers are nice

      Management plays employees against eachother. Creates a hostile environment.

      Pros

      Nice small neighborhood hospital with many big hospital finds

      Cons

      When Amita health took them over, that's when it went down the tubes but now that this relationship is broken up, they are back on top especially having U of Chicago behind them
