      My orientation was amazing. I felt comfortable being on the floor alone. Everyone is helpful and supportive.

      Cons

      The nurse residency should be for the whole first year, not just 6 months.

      Pros

      Nice small neighborhood hospital with many big hospital finds

      Cons

      When Amita health took them over, that's when it went down the tubes but now that this relationship is broken up, they are back on top especially having U of Chicago behind them
