      Good work opportunity to help patients who need hope Mostly good teamwork environment

      Cons

      Management is not congruent in their decisions Various lines of therapy left to depend on one or two for revenue. Work-life balance is said to be priority but it is not, we were over worked No growth opportunities

      Pros

      Nice small neighborhood hospital with many big hospital finds

      Cons

      When Amita health took them over, that's when it went down the tubes but now that this relationship is broken up, they are back on top especially having U of Chicago behind them
