      A lot of flexibility being resource staff at this hospital. Tend to get called off a lot because they have a lot of resource staff already though.

      Cons

      Not consistent work amounts due to getting called off a lot because they have too many resource staff members.

      Pros

      Nice small neighborhood hospital with many big hospital finds

      Cons

      When Amita health took them over, that's when it went down the tubes but now that this relationship is broken up, they are back on top especially having U of Chicago behind them
