      honestly none. Only pro i can say is that you do have co workers who will help. Nurses will help as well

      Cons

      Always short staffed, Upper managment is rude and does not know how to handle any of their lower management at all. ADON walks around with bright pink hair.

      Nice small neighborhood hospital with many big hospital finds

      Cons

      When Amita health took them over, that's when it went down the tubes but now that this relationship is broken up, they are back on top especially having U of Chicago behind them
