      Pros

      Great insurance, great MD's to work for. 401k, wellness options, great if you want to move around different office or hospital.

      Cons

      Bad managment. Corporate wants more and more out of employees but we don't get compensated for helping MD's achieve their goals, even though they get a bonus. They only raise by penny's.

      Nice small neighborhood hospital with many big hospital finds

      Cons

      When Amita health took them over, that's when it went down the tubes but now that this relationship is broken up, they are back on top especially having U of Chicago behind them

      High standard of care and up to date on evidence based practice

      Doesn't give enough resources to maintain those high standards and practices.
