      Pros

      Good location, nice parking garage. Nice employee appreciation events that are well attended. Most employees are friendly and easy to work with.

      Cons

      Poor salaries, poor supervisors who practice nepotism to favorites. Inadequate performance review process. Mandatory overtime with difficultly getting time off.

      Pros

      Nice small neighborhood hospital with many big hospital finds

      Cons

      When Amita health took them over, that's when it went down the tubes but now that this relationship is broken up, they are back on top especially having U of Chicago behind them
