With an every woman for herself staff attitude, being respectful to each other in an ethical and responsible way is sorely lacking. Instead of treating employees with kindness, honor and respect, it's all about lying and speaking poorly about other employees regardless of the potential of causing catastrophic harm. As fundraisers, Regional Directors can be abusive and treat employees poorly - nobody cares, as long the the $$ keeps rolling in.
