I gained exposure to a wide range of projects, which made the learning experience both fast-paced and rewarding. Leadership was open to ideas, and interns were encouraged to take initiative and contribute to projects.

Because it is a fast-paced environment, priorities can shift quickly, which may require interns to adapt on short notice. At times, balancing multiple projects can be challenging but also a good learning experience.
