Pros
Great experience with deal worshipping scenarios. Get experience and move out. There's so many firms that offer a much better comms.
Cons
Terrible base as comms structure. Disconnected management team. Used to have a good culture until management pretty much destroyed it. All the good people have left. The parties and events amfin places are few and cheap. Was the sadest place to work when it came to events and parties in my experience
