      Contents therein; CEO is the latest model of McCarthy Era crackpot mania with all the trappings of your jumped up 2024 tech bro. Do not be fooled by the German accent, there is nothing serious about him or his company. Company turnover is outrageous with a standard hire and fire policy. I actually spent more time for these clowns interviewing than working. If the CEO asks you what newspapers you read (he probed me on this on several occasions), stick firmly to The Economist and the FT irrespective of if you read them or not. Don't fool yourself, no one wants Software As A Service. They'll try to make you think its cool; it isn't. They'll try to make you think they aren't losers; they are.

      There is a positive and productive work environment. The team works closely and is willing to lend a hand when needed.

      Noisy office. Noise-cancelling headphones are a must.

      You learn quickly how to train yourself because there is no training. At all.

      Cons

      Ceo is known as being hostile towards employees. Revolving door at all levels; I saw some of the highest turnover rates I’ve ever seen. This IS NOT a startup in the US, which is what they tell you. There’s been at least 3 Directors, 6 AE’s, and an untold number of BDR’s that have worked in the Austin office over the past 18 months that are no longer there. During my time I saw 2 AE’s leave the company after Day 1.
