      no pros or benefits from working at AMFG

      Cons

      Don't expect AMFG to benefit your career or to work too long here, the leadership have a reputation of hiring and firing, often hiring people on a visa so they are in control and can manipulate people into working extra for no reward, then firing them once they are deemed to be used and can't add any extra to the company

      Pros

      There is a positive and productive work environment. The team works closely and is willing to lend a hand when needed.

      Noisy office. Noise-cancelling headphones are a must.

      Pros

      You learn quickly how to train yourself because there is no training. At all.

      Cons

      Ceo is known as being hostile towards employees. Revolving door at all levels; I saw some of the highest turnover rates I’ve ever seen. This IS NOT a startup in the US, which is what they tell you. There’s been at least 3 Directors, 6 AE’s, and an untold number of BDR’s that have worked in the Austin office over the past 18 months that are no longer there. During my time I saw 2 AE’s leave the company after Day 1.
