Pros
The mother company, Armanino has some terrific benefits and the people are nice and great to work with. The office space is contemporary and kinda funky.
Cons
The President micro-manages every aspect of everyone's job. Literary standing over your shoulder nitpicking every aspect of your original work until it meets his personal likes. This from a man who has zero advertising experience or creative background, and yet he thinks himself an expert on design, layouts and type. You have only one client and it’s the President. The turn over is ridiculous, on average 10 -12 people a year, plus the pay sucks. Run, don’t walk away from AMF, do not be swayed by your original impression.
