      Pros

      Everything was good until we were brought out by Ametek! It was a nightmare overnight of false promises! Multiple layoffs, people forced into retirement and some just resigned because of the stress. Ametek did this so cruel and careless. It was like another regular day in the office to them. I'm surprised the doors are still open!

      Cons

      Communication is awful. It's very sad when managers walk by and just shake their heads in dis belief! Everyone can feel the tension in the entire establishment. It's literally like everyone is walking on egg shells. Definitely not a secure and stable work place!

      Pros

      Flexible start time (6–8 AM) and ability to make up missed time. Supportive direct management and good work-life balance. Opportunity to learn a variety of manufacturing skills.

      Cons

      Compensation is not competitive with the current manufacturing market. Limited career growth and advancement opportunities for technicians. Skilled employees often need outside offers to receive meaningful pay adjustments. Random drug testing policy may be a drawback for some candidates.
