      Pros

      The people are great, the products are amazing, the hours aren't bad

      Cons

      Management is a joke. The plant manager has no idea what's going on and is running it to the ground. HR is a joke. No help at all and the point system is awful. 5 points and termination. They work you into the ground and don't even care and the pay sucks.
