      Per diem for lunch and km Flexible schedule. Allow Work remote like you want Time to learn new stuff

      Raise was low this years , we got 3.4% Bad insurance ( if something bad happen to you, the insurance Will not pay)

      Compensation is not competitive with the current manufacturing market. Limited career growth and advancement opportunities for technicians. Skilled employees often need outside offers to receive meaningful pay adjustments. Random drug testing policy may be a drawback for some candidates.
