Pros
Great team working on amazing science and technology instrumentation. Very good work environment. Small business unit (BU) so everyone knows each other. Great flexibility in our work. We don't clock at entrance or exit, but overhead time is given back to you for extra time off.
Cons
The company is counting on the very fact that people are here for fun and passion to put a glass ceiling on the salaries. Our BU generates lots of profits but as other BUs are more troublesome, management uses that excuse to avoid raising salaries too much. So if you work there... it's clearly not for the money.
