      Pros

      Production team (assy and test) all have worked there for 10+ years and are the most dedicated people I have encountered. They are very knowledgable and willing to work hard to meet production goals.

      Cons

      If you are a temp, they take a long time to convert to permanent status (if they decide to convert you.) There is always turnover in upper management which makes things difficult. Each person comes in with different metrics, requirements and expectations and it felt like we had to start over each time a new manager stepped in.

      Pros

      Flexible start time (6–8 AM) and ability to make up missed time. Supportive direct management and good work-life balance. Opportunity to learn a variety of manufacturing skills.

      Cons

      Compensation is not competitive with the current manufacturing market. Limited career growth and advancement opportunities for technicians. Skilled employees often need outside offers to receive meaningful pay adjustments. Random drug testing policy may be a drawback for some candidates.
