It is wonderful to part of the Ametek family where they treat you like the professional you want to be. The people I’ve met are helpful, selfless and everyone seems to have great attitude. The productivity goals are not unattainable, and you get the support to make things happen. They have shown me that a work/life balance is important, and I highly recommend working with Ametek
Cons
The company has been around a long time, and we have may products in different business sectors. It’s a big ship and sometimes can be difficult to effect change as fast as you might like.
