      great Company to work for, people very friendly and easy to work with, executive office is handling the COVID crisis very well in protecting it's employees in a number of ways, employees work for the company for a long time which says a lot for upper management and how well the employees are treated. Enjoy my job very much and respect the Company very much.

      Compensation is not competitive with the current manufacturing market. Limited career growth and advancement opportunities for technicians. Skilled employees often need outside offers to receive meaningful pay adjustments. Random drug testing policy may be a drawback for some candidates.
