Pros
Management is always looking to improve and "be better" for their customers & employees. The company culture allows for you to be your own person, share your point of view and be heard when you have a different opinion. They are fully supportive to training and helping with tuition for courses that are applicable for your long term career growth (certifications, MBA). Your personal and professional growth is important to them and management does make you feel like they are investing in you.
Cons
We are little lean in middle management positions and people are running multiple projects/tasks and might not be as effective as we could be. It is a relatively flat organization which can make it difficult to envision upward mobility.
