Pros
Great company with great people. They value your effort and make you feel you are part of their goals. This is the best company I have ever worked for.
Cons
Only cons is salaries, are not the best here in Canada for a company of its size. The fact of having a 14 and 7 days rotation in a site where everyone gets 14 and 14 can make you feel bad compared to other people, but still I feel comfortable working for this company.
