      Pros

      Its a great place to work if you are reliable, get your work done. The boss is great your co workers are like family. Flexible time to start from 6-8 and flexible time to finish from 230- 430. They expect you to get your work done with little to no supervision.

      Cons

      You start out as a temporary workers and if you do a great job they hire you permanent.
