      Pay. Distribution Reps are easy to work with. Well known product name.

      Cons

      Zero leadership at the company. They have no idea how to run an organization. You will get zero to minimal support to help you do your job. The National Sales Director doesn’t even live in the country. There is no training program or support for the development of your team.
