Pros
The application developers group is very knowledgeable, and in my 20 years in IT, this was the only place I have worked where the development life cycle was so well managed. They use MS Team Foundation server effectively. The people and the company are nice, friendly and helpful to work with. The office is classy in a southwest motif and has a spectacular view of the Sandias from the back patio windows.
Cons
My only con, and the reason I left was that the pay wasn't great. They weren't willing to pay me more money than my peers even though I was the only one with a Masters degree and multiple Microsoft certifications. I didn't work for those (ms degree & certs) for the fun of it.
