      They have awesome benefits and profit sharing incentives. They also truly care about helping their customers.

      Cons

      Executives micromanage their management teams and prevent the management teams from retaining key employees. As a result, Amerind has a high turnover rate. They will try and entice employees with their great benefits, but save yourselves the trouble and find a company that values and reatins talent.

      Poor treatment of employees Rude staff Not a diverse environment or culture CEO is horrible and a micromanager of adults Hard to get a bonus No promotion or raises Clock in and out of an app as a salaried employee
