All work relies on knowing "tribal knowledge". ie, In order to do something you have to go through at least 2 other people to get all of the context. That along with lack of any processes owners causes a slew of other issues which block development, such as:
- very little documentation
- documentation scattered everywhere
- confusing and inefficient project setup (no DevOps)
- no internal standardization
- core offerings are buggy
- poor on-boarding process
- priorities constantly changing
- Too many meetings
