      Friendly colleagues you can have a good conversation with.

      Cons

      They have sucked the life out of the company, there is no culture just a depressing place to work now. The pay is also not very competitive for such a well known business.

      Pros

      Great work life balance. Lots of support from a large team. Innovative. Wear many hats.

      Cons

      A lot of uncertainty about direction from middle management leaves team leads confused on best steps between large projects. Leads to half time new project cram and rush and half time refactoring work.
