They say they care, they don't - General Manager AMC Entertainment Employee Review

They act like they care about you but you're easily replaceable which was evident at the last manager's meeting I went to where at least 1/3 of the room were new GMs. You're also asked to wear many hats that you're never trained for. You have to be a plumber, electrician, seat repairer, general maintenance person as they don't provide one to all theaters. You also have to come in way early to let vendors in and pretty much have no social life.
