Pros
Free popcorn, free soda, and free movies! As an usher, you get breaks in between movies so you can relax and grab a refreshment. During the slow times in the stand, you can do the same thing. The managers are very nice and lax, but that doesn't mean you can go on and do whatever you want.
Cons
I'm being scheduled outside of my availability, but then again, it is the holidays. Theaters are A MESS, but what do you expect? You're working! You're constantly on your feet whether you're in the stand or ushering, so wear comfortable shoes.
