Some long hours, want you to push the Stubs card even though people don't want it. Low pay, normally minimum wage and management will RARELY offer a raise to select people. Favoritism is a big problem, if they like you they'll train you everywhere. This happened to me but I had co-workers that some supervisors didn't like and they never moved out of concessions.
