The pay is great, and the environment is fun and friendly. You also receive great perks, from the free movies at any AMC to the discount on concessions.
Cons
The management team is very spacey, things such as rules and regulations change from day to day. Your hours will never be consistent, the environment isn't necessarily fair as management will favor some more than others and let them get away with things.
