Pros
Free popcorn and free movies. Coworkers are awesome, can be a really really rewarding experience and fun place to work
Cons
When AMC bought out carmike they made it obvious that they only care about the bottom line. They fired janitors and my nights now consist of cleaning theaters and bathrooms hours after the last movie ends after a 6 hour shift (making less than half what a janitor makes) This company is red tape in every way shape and form. Expect to be micromanaged on a corporate level
